Welcome! Our first home swim meet is coming up on June 24th! Erin and the coaches have been working hard with the kids. We can't wait to see them swim! As always, we will be needing volunteers for the meets.
I will be putting up sign-up sheets next week. Here are a list of the various jobs! They are very fun and keep you out of the HEAT in the stands!!! First come, first serve signups! Don't be shy!!! Thanks in advance for your support.

Timers:
16 timers needed for each swim meet (2 per lane) No experience required! Training given prior to meet
Great spot to watch the meet from! Less heat and humidity!!! Great spot to encourage kids!!!

Swimmer Check In:
Arrive before meet begins and write event numbers on kids hands. No experience needed!!

Marshalling:
Help line kids up for events by event numbers. Allows the coaches to focus on watching the kids events
and coach them along. No experience necessary!

Concessions:
Help run the concession stand to raise money for the DAWGS swim program. No experience needed!!

Runners:
Assist the timers, scorers, coaches in whatever needs they have. No experience needed!

Announcer:
Have a great voice??? We need you!!! Announces the events for the official and keeps the meet moving along!

National Anthem:
Have a love for singing??? Have a wonderful voice??? Singers wanted for the National Anthem to begin
the swim meet! Prior experience may be needed for this one! :)
